About me

My name is Annelie Ansingh. I am a commercial artist with a focus on childrens entertainment and education.

I started my career in advertising at N&W/ Leo Burnett Amsterdam where I worked on interactive content and design. After being a copywriter at Het Hoofdbureau and N=5  I began to work for myself with multimedia artist  Yoa Rotteveel. We developed a drawing device called Sketchbox for people to draw together online. This became the starting point for a children's show called Bob Voss.

With a pilot film I joined the formation 'Bedenktank' with Boy van Rossum & Nicky Meijerman. Bedenktank is a collective of creative people in Amsterdam that offers multi-media workshops to children at schools and festivals.

I created the branding and several workshop formats. We are still the number one gig every year at the Aprilfeesten festival at Nieuwmarkt Amsterdam.

Examples of my workshops are Bob Voss, Het Voorleestheater van Juffrouw Knoei and Het grote Poepkookboek (also my first children's book published at Hoogland&vanKlaveren)

To explore my creativity I made a loop towards my next big love; fashion. Together with fashion designer and entrepreneur Rosanne Van der Meer I explored new ways of reforming the fashion industry. In 2016 Rosanne launched a 3D knitwear brand where I did coaching and concept development. At the moment we run a startup called New Industrial Order, a platform for 3D printed knitwear on demand. We are curently setting op a Knitcloud with partners worldwide.

Due to the corona virus our startup N.I.O. got on hold. And my first big love, Bob Voss interactive paint workshop is getting an update. Currently I focus on getting this great idea to the next level.

Creating things children can adapt to makes everything in life worthwhile. I want to give children that special feeling they are there to be seen.
